- review, draft, and edit RFPs based on Unified Marketing strategy
- review proposals submitted by agencies and vendors; assist Client in selecting vendor
- identify and recommend additional resources and vendors for bidding process
- use best practices to ensure quality of the production or execution of digital tactics and that the tactics and metrics reported map to the strategy
- identify roles and responsibilities and draft job descriptions of roles that should be brought in house
- help client make “buy” or “build” decisions
- help determine what to outsource and what to keep in-house or bring in-house
- determine KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and create actionable scorecard to keep strategy on track
- provide assessment of Digital Media Plan versus strategy; done by media type (paid, owned and earned) as well as tactics
